Wave makers / powerheads

Hello,

Are there any powerheads or wave makers that's controllable to completely turn off and on? I have a nero 5 and the minimum is 1% but would like something to go to 0.

Tunze Streams. And they are about the most bulletproof pumps you can get.

What schedule do you want this off to occur and why?
A simple wifi power strip $30 could turn your nero on/off...

I currently have it pulsing 1% and 40% every second. I would like something where I can control it 0% to x%

What's your budget? There's plenty of options. Personally I'd to get a tunze if you can. The reliability on these fully adjustable pumps have been sketchy at best. Tunze seems to have it figured out. I don't know about vortech

Budget is flexible. As you guys mentioned tunze nano streams appear to be a good option. Thanks!

Why?
What is it you are hoping to achieve with 0% that you think 1% isn't doing?

The 1% is still at 900 gph and interferes with other flow directions given I have a 18in cube nano

I'm still curious..
Are you trying to create some scientific study on very specific water patterns?

I'm just curious why with a frequency of 1 second between 1% and 40% how dropping to zero for that split second is something that you really need.. The kinetic motion already in the water just won't respond/dissipate that fast...
Thats asking water to make such an abrupt change that it will likely never be able to achieve..

As many years have proven "wavemakers" are more of a "want" than an actual "need".. I'm always curious why people want to get so overly specific with the frequency/pattern in which they are trying to swirl their water..

The Hydros Wave Engine coming out next month may be an option for you.
