Tank dimensions might be a good start?
Aquascape? Lots of rocks or overhangs?

Those led light should be sufficient. Flow, nutrients, and stability are more important at this point IMO.

Some of the top coral dealers use just those lights.

Depends on the tank size. Adding t5 does eliminate any shadowing and helps a lot with the led disco effect. Perwonally I would add the T5 if you can.

I agree with DesertReefT4r. If you can add the T5s it should help and not hurt what you are already doing. I added T5s to my 4 Hydra setup and wouldn't think twice about doing it again. I like that the T5s just work and no need to tinker with them. I have the Hydras to tinker with if necessary and just let the T5s shed some light in the tank. I went with the Aquatic Life T5HO 61" fixture. Working like a champ. I will say that if you do not have a chiller or some type of evaporative cooling, adding the T5s will increase your average temperature, so that is something that you have to consider.

Also depends on your aquascaping, as said T5 lessens shadows so if you aquascaping and coral placement causes lower areas to have excessive shadowing then I would get a T% addition.
