Ghost shrimp/feeder fish

Hey fam. I'm feeding a frog fish. I picked up ghost shrimp last night and put them in their own separate tank for qt reasons and to have some stock around. My question is what is the accepted time frame to wait before feeding new food stock to said fish? Just trying to prevent disease as best as possible

I just bought a Red Wart Skin Angler myself. I also bought some ghost shrimp it took me two weeks to get him to eat.

Ick QT is 72 days to fallow a tank.
Are you going to raise SW Mollies for feeders?

I didn't plan on mollies no.. I was hoping to train him on frozen soon. He took a live ghost shrimp right from my hand yesterday so I have high hope thawed food will be easy..good luck! check out frog fish files if you already haven't!!
