Got it now what to do

Roger,

I picked up that 6212 wavebox tonight. I placed it in the front right corner of my tank. I seem to have the sway working however it dont seem very strong for a 4 ft wide tank. I have tried slowing turning the nob however I cant get it right. any suggestions. Also where should i place my powerheads to not interupt the wave motion of the wavemaker

tank is 48*32 tall*24 deep

The timing is everything, until you get the correct frequency nothing will happen. If it is on the side pane aimed down the 4ft length with roughly 3/4" sticking out above the water, you should find the correct frequency between fully counterclockwise and about 12 o clock for a tank this size. Turn in hair width increments and wait a few seconds, you are looking for a see saw effect. In general tuning is easier if all other powerheads are off, but unless they are aimed directly at the output they shouldn't interfere. The 7092 controller makes set up much easier than the older 6091.
