Also my new heater is for a 30g tank, and mine is a 29, it keeps it around 80 which is over the green mark on the thermometer, but everyone seems to be happier for it.

Here are a few after Christmas shots, sadly I may have lost my blastimusso, and possibly my sps, when i moved to the 29g, there was not as much water cover above them (now there is) and everything else never seemed to flinch.

Well I am sorry to report Moose my sea hare is dead, he was 4-5 months old :-/ I hear they don't live a whole long time but I liked him a lot. I am not getting another one because I don't have an algae problem anymore, I was feeding moose.

I got a rose anemone today for a really good price and 4 heads of teal hammer, they are really good looking. Both took the move well and didn't show any signs of shock I was very surprised. The clowns haven't shown a whole lot of interest in hosting in the anemone but I don't know how long it usually takes.

I have identified a creature in the tank to be a sea cucumber??? can someone try and confirm?

Poor moose, just saw him not long ago. The hammar and anemone are really cool! That anemone is tiny, just make sure he doesn't touch those purple deaths or nuke greens on that rock though.

he ran over the nuke greens, they closed up and he stayed ontop of them a while, but they are open and happy as can be today.

Hey Just wanted to update, I ordered my own RO/DI unit today ugh thank you tax return!! The snail that came with the anemone was killed by the hermit crab for his shell, which the hermit crab is now living in. I since named the hermit crab Christopher Columbus. Everyone is doing great, the anemone was injured or stung by something, and was not looking good for a few days then he moved up on the back wall and hes been looking a lot better, I have no idea what stung him but I am thinking maybe the mushroom? It looks like he may have been nibbled on by something tho... no Idea hes safe now tho. My brain coral you can see the Skeleton but he comes out everyday and also eats when i feed him, Other than being able to see his skeleton he seems good but Im worried about him. Pics will come soon.

This thread is awesome! Saltwater is so much more interesting and mysterious than freshwater, which is why I'm in the middle of setting up a sw tank now. I love your tank, are you going to put anymore fish in?
