Mantis shrimp under the microscope
Various magnifications (20X to 80X) of the discarded dactyl molt from a G. chiragra. Please excuse the poor quality, I am working on getting some dedicated cameras for my microscopes. If anyone is interested I will have additional images later on.

Nice serrations there. Now I want to look at the ones I found in my peacock tank.
I seem to recall that I could see serrations with the naked eye on those actually. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Try looking at the eye molt area to see the individual lenses.
