Rodi with less waste decrease life of membrane and filter?
Hi researched and found that alot of rodi has waste of 1:4-6. I was wondering if the rodi that are high efficieny with waste of 1:1 or 1:2 membranes and filter need to be replaced more often?

Yeah, unless there is good reason to reduce the ratio don't. Even on dual membrane setups 4:1 is ideal.

So I have been looking around and was curious how does the Spectrapure UHE produce a 1:1 but claims "without compromising membrane life or system reliability"?

It back flushes the membrane with DI water periodically and uses a .2 micron sediment filter which reduces clogging. Look at the disclaimers on the bottom of their website regarding that unit.
If you want a 1:1 unit it is best to operate it behind whole house carbon and a water softener.
