VCA adaptor
I picked this up before my tank came in and now I’m not sure why. Wouldn’t this adaptor drop your return line lower, making it take longer for your siphon to break when your return pump is turned off?

Yes, but could you rotate it 90 degrees and keep it on the same plane as the return nozzle would be currently or rotate it 180 and raise the return nozzle above or at water line?

If you are using the RFG with the adapter it will need to be a little lower in the tank, otherwise it will suck in air.
