Spiny Lobster

What kind of lobster is this? Should I put it in my reef or predator tank? The predator tank has 2 groupers 4in and 6in and a coral catshark 14in. I don't want it to get eaten.

If you put it in the reef tank
won't it eat fish?

Daum's reef lobster... Peaceful, won't bother corals or fishes, might attack other invertebrates if not well fed, max size 5 inches, nocturnal.

Thanks. It also looks like a red Hawaiian lobster. Either way I should be good.

lobster

I keep one in my mixed reef and he is a perfect little citizen. He has never touched a fish. He just stays in his burrow and will come out to be hand fed. Lovely creature.

I have one in my sump that was given to me because it.was attacking his fish
I just gave away my purple lobster since it ate a dotty back of mine. The second dotty back looks like it has claw marks on it
