We have it, I think Amazon discontinued it because it is too inexpensive for Prime shipping. If you search 5000.390 on tunze.com, it will come up with a cart option and you can order it there.

I notice that the 1/4 hose from HD won't work as good :-)

It is metric tubing, 4mm ID 7mm OD.

How should once connect the 7mm OD / 4mm ID with standard US water line? I have a friend who need to plumb the osmo pump into a kalk reactor.

You would need to make an adapter, resources I can suggest are vacuum line fittings from auto parts stores and latex and cost vinyl tubing from hardware stores.
