Yes, you can attach pictures or upload them to an image hosting service that allows viewing/posting outside of that service (I'm blanking on the term for that).

I downloaded the Tapatalk app on my phone and uploaded right from my phone. Pretty easy to do, and no more uploading pics to a hosting site.
