Setting up the new Salt Tank with DIY Backdrop and stand
Been working on getting the pieces needed to set up a 150 Gal salt water tank. Finally getting to a point where I can start putting stuff together and start making it look like something. I'm coming from a 55gal freshwater tank, lots to learn going to a reef tank. Here are a couple of pics I'm hoping to be able to start carving the focal piece of the tank tonight if time allows. Most of our tanks are for the wife's religious/spiritual beliefs in that keeping a fish tank is good luck and brings good fortune. So the focal piece in the tank will be a buddha she is sculpting with a sandfall behind it. This is my first go at it so any tips or tricks you guys have are greatly appreciated.
