Six Line Fugitive
I’ve got a six line wrasse that has become a bully in my 150 gal reef. I’ve tried a bottle trap for a couple weeks. Tried chasing it into a net. Shy of dismantling the tank, any other ideas. Spear fishing?

Microfishing
The Marufuji Microfishing Kit should be the perfect size to catch a sixline:

I found that traps with a mirror at the end work best with these little rascals. With food they are very cautious, but when they see an "intruder" of their own kind that will not make signs of submission all caution is put aside and they go to attack. But keep in mind that they are quite smart and have good memory so this trick may only work once.

They can be mean buggers, I only keep them in my frag tank.
I have a big IceCap trap that's worked well for me. |
