I'm not playing since it's my turn to pick a winner but I feel like posting just to share and get the ball rolling

This is my cat Sookie, I melted her. She is just a head now.

(also could someone tell me, does this automatically resize for you? It does on my computer but I think I have made the mistake of posting giant pics and some comps don't automatically resize them I guess?)

This is the first time I've participated in one of these threads. This is a photo of my German Shepard, Scooby. The photo was taken with my Fujifilm Finepix s4500, I'm saving up for a DLSR to replace this camera as I've gotten very frustrated by the lack of control over zoom, focus and other settings.

Here's another German Shepherd; our daughter's "puppy" Chevy.

And here's my son's latest addition.

Jake has been with me almost 28 years now. He has watched my children grow up and has a special, extra verbal and silly relationship with my youngest.

Love the red fish. Not only because of their colors, also because of their meat!

That is a great story and picture. I'm 34 and can't even imagine a 28 year old pet.

At least you apologized.
