Please identify for me

I got a free 47 gl bowfront saltwater tank, nad have some things i don't know what they are. I'm just starting my journey
the doughnot things and the wormlike this what is/are they and the rock too..whT is it? Thank you in advance

Its all the old feather dusters/worms....all good stuff. Nothing to worry about...Its the same ID as you got in your other Post......

Yep. No need to make 2 threads with the exact same question... They're just little worms that live in tanks. Common and harmless.
