Mixing Alkalinity

What is the trick to get this completely dissolved?
No matter what I do, there is still quite a bid undissolved salt on the bottom.
I'm referring to Fauna Marin brand, I even mix it with hot water without any luck.

TIA

The reason it doesn't dissolve is the calcium carbonate has precipitated out. This is what your seeing at the bottom. It is a bad batch of salt. Throw it away and get a different brand of salt.

I'm not sure exactly which product you're mixing, but the residue of an alkalinity supplement would be some sort of impurities in the product. I wouldn't worry about it. A little precipitate from a salt mix is normal, too.
