New Mini Carpet Anemone Pics

Just rescued this guy from of all places a certain Co. that sells Pets.
Thought the first one turned out pretty decent.

surprised they sell them there. I go there to buy basic sw stuff and dog food. Sometimes heartbreaking to see the poorly maintained tanks. That guy is gorgeous!

Personally i think they shouldn't be allowed to sell any saltwater animals. I got that nem for $16! however this is not usual and how they make a profit after eating the cost of so many dead fish inverts etc. at almost every store i've seen is a mystery. Maybe they take the loss on live animals for the money they make selling the dry goods that go along with them.

Well don't complain too much with that diamond in the rough you bought there. I can only imagine how its going to look with some TLC.

i know of a petco that sells them too and i grabbed 1 when it went on sale for 20$. While i agree i won't buy most things from their tanks this price was too good to be true, and the colors were really nice, but when the guy tried to get the original one i wanted, instead of trying to take a cc or something to slowly move the nem off the glass, he took a net and jammed it like 10-20 times at it's foot hoping it would get off.... if only these people knew what they were doing.
