Picture not that great, so hard to tell. Does not look like aptasia; colonial hydroids maybe.

I think three of them might be feather dusters, that other one looks like a Hidden Cup coral IMO.

This. Had these a few times when using live rock. I would see them on the glass too. I rhink they must get eaten because I only ever saw them in newer tanks. It is hard to tell in the pic though so tney could be little tube worms, these will show up on every surface fish dont graze on.

Looks like hydroids, and yes they can hurt things. Mother nature is amazing.
