Disaster averted

Did my first water change and during the process accidentally knocked the kessil light off the hook! Landed down in the tank as I pooped my pants :| I managed to finish the water change, disassemble the LED, dry it out...and it still works!!

So relieved. Thanks Kessil for making a quality product

If possible get a Circuit Board cleaner and clean off all the guts of that thing, it isnt the liquid that does the real damage, but the eventual corrosion, you'll want ALL the salt out of it.

Yup! I actually gave it a RODI bath before drying it.

Yeah I agree on getting all of that salt out of there. Lots of experience dropping electronics in the ocean. Fresh water immediately after then some contact cleaner.
