D2, it's coming along nicely where did you buy your ATO container?

Thanks,
karsco

www.tank-depot.com here in Houston.

Yesterday I also got my acrylic strips cut for the trim on my stand. I painted the back of them with aqua spray paint to mimmic the back-painted glass backsplash in our kitchen.
Attached with 3M tape.
From design to completion!

And of course or new puppy Wally had to help.

It's the kind from the Muppets I think. Same kind as Rowlf. I think their proper name is Fuzzy Brown dog

lol, it's an Australian Labradoodle. He'll be about 55lbs, shaggy, and more of a dirty blonde color.

That's what the breeder told you. I year later, full grown muppet.

haha, they totally remind us of muppets when they are older. That's why we got him!

This is a pic of what he'll look like by 1yo. This is his brother from the previous litter.

Hahaa, it took me a second or two to realize why his head looked all misshapen...and was looking at me with one extra eye.

Stand looks great. How about a shot with the tank in the room?

I'll get another full room shot soon.

Meanwhile here's a few more closeups.

Urchin

Ricordea

One of 3 blue/green chromis, the tank's first fishy inhabitants

And my new buddy the decorator crab decided on a wardrobe change since he was dining on the YELLOW sponge now.

Actually, that one is one i pulled from my old tank. It's a little bigger than the one you sent me but it's the same exact color. The one you sent is doing well, but it's in a different location. I need to move them together.

Ethan, it's a Nikon D700 and a Tamron 90mm.

Here's the room shots asked for earlier...

Hi d2mini, awesome tank!
Why didn't you hide the power cable under the mat?
I shoot w/ d700 too. Love the cam!

The carpet tiles are too stiff to hide the cable and not have a weird bulge, so once I run the ATO water line alongside the power cable, I'll cover them both with something red to help hide it.

Yeah! hehe i see it now! I have a couple from that series also. Its the "LACK" huh? Or maybe the "EXPEDIT"?

I have the wallshelves, TV unit and a sofatable in the LACK series.. love the simplicity of that design. Unfortunately you have to be very careful not to make any hole in them, the smallest hole will swell and ruin them.. Good thing the price is decent on that series. i think we are on our third sofatable from the LACK series.

Well, anyway if im ever in the states i demand to get to sleep in your livingroom!
I can curl up in that little corner behind the tank!

Sorry for OT.
