Automatic Water Changer
Heres what Ive got
a 50 gallon barrel holding fresh water. My sump has a float switch at the top and the bottom. I would like to change the volume of the sump daily. Would this code work. PM1 is pump out of sump and into drain Switch 2 is at the bottom of the sump Switch 1 is at the top of the sump PM2 is water from out of barrel into sump If time>12:30 Then PM1 ON If Switch2 CLOSED Then PM1 OFF If Switch2 CLOSED Then PM2 ON If Switch1 Is OPEN then PM2 OFF Thanks Jeff |

Wait, this is for a saltwater tank? You want to pump saltwater out and replace with freshwater? You are going to lower your SG over time.
Other than that I don't think it will work as you intend. After the sump reaches the low point and cuts off PM1, PM2 will begin to fill the sump and that will open switch2 allowing PM1 to come back on. You will basically empty your barrel down the drain via your sump. Todd
