Blue Zoo Green Gigs Are Really Green?
There were reports a little while ago on this forum of people receiving tan/brown gigs after ordering green ones from Blue Zoo Aquatics. I got a green gig from BZA today. It's as green as they come. So if anyone is thinking of getting one from them you can see they did not send me a brown anemone.

Very nice bro. A few months back, a member got a tan. He got his refund though. So harm no foul.

Wow... if I didn’t know you I would tell you that’s a haddoni. LOL
That’s one bright green nem. Nice pick up!

I believed you the first time, but that photo (the under the skirt shot) is conclusive evidence as a non-lawyer like myself would say. ;-)
Your photos are excellent as they show the clear differences between gigantea and haddoni.

I got burned on the "green tan" on the last go around. Gave them another shot and got a true green this time as well. Wanted the blue they have in stock too but more than I'm willing to pay.

Started treatment shortly after it arrived. Looked pretty good upon arrival but deflated shortly after.

Thank guys. I'm tempted to order one. But I don't have A QT ready.

I actually liked using 18" Orbit Marine Pro LED light more than Kessil because the anemones seem to do better under it in QT. But it also got lost or tossed at some point. |

I think your post helped them sold out. I was going to order one, but they are gone.

Nice. I probably would have grabbed one but I recently finally found a nice healthy one. Yours looks good. I just haven’t had much luck with cipro for some reason even when following the protocol exactly. Hope yours pulls through. What were they going for? I paid stupid money for mine but it was decently well established and didn’t need treatment so I didn’t mind.

The anemone wasn't looking good 5 days into treatment. Then its condition improved on day 6 and today, day 7.

How big is it? Looks to be less than 6"? IME the smaller gigs respond better to treatment. They can ball up like in the second photo, and I think this helps them to expel waste. My smaller gigs did this when in treatment, but my larger ones did not.

The up and down can be mentally exhausting. Let's hope he pulls through
