Meanwell LDD drivers and Profilux LEDcontrol4

Has anyone tried to regulate a DIY LED fixture using the Meanwell LDD drivers wired to the new Profilux LEDcontrol4 controllers? Both should be able to dim by means of PWM, but I'm not sure how to wire them, if it can be done at all.

Here you have the drivers

http://www.meanwell.com/search/ldd-hw/LDD-H-spec.pdf

and here the Profilux controller

Thanks

I took a quick look at the link and I didn't see a spec for PWM output voltage. I'm building a fixture with 7 LDD drivers that will be controled by a Reef Angel and found that the LDD drivers accept a PWM voltage between 2.5 and 6V but my controller puts out a 10V PWM signal. Reef Angel will build me a Dimming Expansion Module with a 5V PWM output so my problem is solved.
You will need to find the output voltage of the LEDcontrol4, I suggest Emailing the manufacturer to find out. If the LEDcontrol4 puts out a signal in the LDD's range, you are all set. Otherwise, ask about a custom version.

Thank you Dave. I have been trying to find the output voltage of the LEDcontrol4 with no success. Your suggestion sounds good. I'll try to get an answer from the GHL team.

I can not get a response from the GHl guys. In the meantime I have learned more about the LEDcontrol4 and I know it works with Meanwell ELN and HLG drivers that use 0-10 V PWM signal, although it is recommended to use a resistor. Would that work to reduce the signal to the usable 2,5-6 V?

Hi Dave. I got an answer from the GHL guys. Here it is:

"The LEDControl4 passive do not produce - lets say - a "voltage level" signal.
The outputs are "switched" to ground potential (the driver - pin).

If you need a signal with an defined voltage, you need to add the voltage signal via a so called pullup resistor to each driver pin."

Any suggestions?

Thanks for your help

Kind of off topic, but what power supply are you using for those drivers?

Concerning the power supply any switching power supply in the range of the voltage and amperage used for your LEDs strings (series for the volts and parallel for the amps) will work

Than the history ended?
How connected LEDcontrol4 and LDD-H driver?

Its in the English (well "Gerglish") manual.. (voltage source "Vcc" and pull-up resistors)
the PWM pins are just an open drain input
