How much flow (gph) would you suggest for this tank given than Im planning to keep SPS? Suggestions please!

Day 4 Cycling...Water clearer now but still a little hazy cause of the decaying shrimps...

Shrimps!? How many did you add? Just some decay from the live rock should start the cycling.

About 4 shrimps (100grams). Wanted to get the highest nitrate spike possible to induce more bacteria to grow.

^ It doesn't matter how many shrimps you add you will always end up with the same amount of bacteria in a few hours. But I guess I doesn't do bad. Just don't forget to remove them.

Wont remove them until the nitrates spike. Will let them decompose there and will check nitrates, ammonia, and nitrites regularly.

O'course, like the aqua scape BTW lots of room for the corals to grow.

Completely untrue. Your bacteria production will be unique to every unique cycle.
This is also why people add sugar strategically as a carbon source to stimulate bacteria growth.
We'll leave the vodka discussion for a brightly cycled tank.

I also started my first reef tank with the beloved cocktail shrimp. Tried and true.

Don't know the brand cause The box they came in didn't have any labels on it. Just got it from a local reefer who imports equipments from abroad. Sorry! But here is a pic of just the bulb...
