kh running high now
i am slowly adding magnesium (epson salt) and i tested my kh, it was at 11 now, before dosing epson it was 9.
is this bad? |

my kh is at 5,im tring to raise it with a buffer,but it state that just to keep adding until it reachs you spec kh,who told you about the epson salt?mis tha a fix,did you add to much?mike d?

I'm not sure why epsom salt would raise alkalinity, off hand. That's not making sense just yet. Maybe Boomer or one of the people with some chemistry background might be able to help.
