Stomatella spawned
So, I saved this little 1/4" Stomatella hitch-hiker about 8 or 9 months ago, Had not seen it since, Figured it didn't survive "Irma". Well yesterday I was in the tank doing a little maintenance, And I saw a little stream/squirt of what looked like air bubbles, I thought...must have been air trapped in the rock, Then again and again and again, Look around the corner of the rocks and OMG! This thing is stretched out over 2" and squirting eggs 10-12 times. I nearly tripped over the coffee table rushing to get my phone lol, By the time I got back and in focus for a photo it had shrunk up and turned around and was heading back into the rocks.
There it is, Wish I could have captured the stream. 0226181722a-3 - Edited.jpg |
