Hammers half open

Hello all I have two hammers with about 75 heads each i also house a rbta,acros,acan,candcane and other sps and lps
My hammer does not open to its potential at all it is not dying it just won’t open all the way
Tank is 90 gal rr up and running for over 5 years
My par
Sg 1.025-06
Alk 8.2
Cal 440
Mag 1320
Temp 78
Lights reefbreeder at max around 50% for 3 hrs they ramp up from 0
Flow two dc powered power heads and a 2000 gal return pump flow is good
Every other coral in my tank looks just fine and all fish are healthy
The hammer has been like this for about 2-3 months

I could see that but one of my heads is in a medium flow area if not low flow the other cluster I wold say is in moderate to high flow but both clusters look the same on separate sides of the tank

I would have to agree with uncle. Random light to medium flow is the best. Anything more and I have seen them shrink

How long has it been in your tank. If it grew to 75 heads in that spot it’s hard to say flow or light


Also I would check for pest

Did it or a few heads see if anything falls off
