Two Thumbs Up for Hamilton Tech Service

About two weeks ago, I ordered Hamilton's Belize unit for my tank. Unfortunately, one of the ballasts was extremely noisy. One quick email to Hamilton and a replacement ballast is on it's way to my home and should arrive tomorrow.

Assuming the replacement ballast is as quiet as expected, Hamilton now has a very loyal customer.

Oh, and I should mention that the fixture is very nicely done. The lighting is precisely what I wanted for my tank and so far, I think the bulb temperatures are spot on (I ordered the 2x54 Watt actinic and 2x250W 14K Hamilton Bulb).

They have been a top notch company for a long time. I am glad to see they took care of it with zero hassle.

Just adding the 'rest of the story'. I received the replacement ballast today as promised and now have a very nearly silent light system. Thanks again to the great people at Hamilton. You have earned my future business.
