Smile Are these Reef Octopus Protein Skimmers the same or is one better - BH100 and NW110

I have decided to go with a Reef Octopus Protein Skimmer.

Will both of these do the same job or is one better than the other?

Reef Octopus BH100
Reef Octopus NW-110 652B

Pretty much. The 100 hangs on the tank the NW is in the sump. I prefer the insump my self.

The NW110 is a pretty decent little skimmer and will work good on your tank, if you have a sump.

So why do you prefer the Sump Skimmer over Hang on?

Well a hang on can flood all over your floor, lol. Plus they are unsightly to look at

The hob skimmers don't skim as well. The nwb110 skimmer is ok, if you get one with the otp pump. The newer ones come with a different pump so I don't know much about them.
