Vertex Alpha 200 Replacement Pump head
Question,
I have a Vertex Alpha 200 from 2013 that has a Red Dragon 1500 Pump. One of the thread holes is stripped on the pump head and it doesn’t seal well. Looking through the replacement parts, the pump heads are only listed up to the 1200. Do you know of the pump head replacement will fit with the 1500. Here is the product description: (doesn’t mention 1500) Pump head for Mini Red Dragon (MRD) 1200 (110Volt) Bubble King® Double Cone 200 (110Volt) PVC white 100 / 42 / 25 intake side 50mm diameter Thanks! |

One thing you could do is add a bit of PVC glue to the thread and then insert the screw and let it dry. Then remove the screw after 24 hours. That should give you some threads again. Just don’t overtighten.
