Palytoxin Poisoning Through Gloves?

Hey guys! I just bought my first zoanthid frag, and I was very mindful to keep gloves on when I handled the frag. One day, I picked it up because some substrate got on it, and I very carefully tried to wipe it off with my gloved finger without hurting it, and I felt a really sharp shock in the finger that was touching it. For the rest of the day it tingled. Nothing more happened, but I am wondering if it is possible to get stung through gloves. Thank you!

Could have been something like a bristle worm, or you poked a vermited snail shell. That isn't the symptoms of palytoxin, plus they don't sting, or sting enough to feel like that.
