Reeflink BLOWS

This has got to be the worst product I have ever used or try to use. It just doesn't work. I have an account, installed the Reeflink correctly, has internet hardwired and it still doesn't see the damn Radion.

There is no troubleshooting instructions, Youtube videos don't help. Tomorrow it goes in the garbage and I am ordering a halide like I should have done in the first place. $$$$ wasted

Pseudo,

Have you contacted our customer service department? Additionally, were both the ReefLink and Radion purchased new?

Psuedo,
I will say that on initial startup both getting Radions to work and getting a Reeflink to work does really suck. I feel like I reset (and reset, and reset again) so many things in the first 5 hours. The funny thing is that the second time I did it everything went smoothly. There are a lot of little odd quirks in their software, pages that you can't refresh, sometimes an odd order things have to be in. For whatever reason once you've done it once it is actually much easier the second time.

Not that they are in the same pricepoint, but I will say that FishBit (and anything it is used on) is MUCH worse. Do give their support a call, they are pretty good.

I set up new radions on the reeflink multiple times a week. If the reeflink doesn't find the lights wirelessly then you must connect the usb cable for it to get a quick update. After that wireless is not an issue. It explains all of that in the instructions as well. Have fun with your halides
