Unhappy Whats wrong with my Sailfin

Does anyone have any idea what is going on with my Sailfin? His anus is swollen and red. I attached pics. She wasn't sitting to still for a photo shoot so here is the best I got. She is still eating.

Do you have any Nitrofurican green powder on hand? Would be the course of treatment if one is needed.

Go to National Fish Pharmaceuticals website. You'll find the product there.
