What’s this on snail’s shell?

I’ve been keeping a close watch on my snails and found one with this thing on it. Can anyone help me identify what this brown thing is and if it is something to be concerned about? Thank you!!

My snails have some brown tube worms on them. Kind of look like that but with a clear tube stretching out.

The round lighter brown one has a hole, but I haven’t seen any worm. The small darker thing I can really tell much about.

It looks more like a sponge IMO, but a Vermetid snail is definitely a possibilty too though. How does it feel to the touch, hard or soft?

Does it have any coils or is it just one hard mass? Vermetid snails are pretty defined as far as their structure goes IME. The link below might help, although I'm still leaning towards a sponge.

I was going to vote for sponge as well...I don't think it is anything to be worried about.
