lighting question
I need to upgrade my lighting & am on a very strict budget. I was looking at one of these that is on sale through Foster & Smith but the stuff says that it can only be used over a covered tank. Mine is not covered & I have no canopy. Is there anything cheap/ easy that could be done to make this lighting practical? My other options are to replace the bulbs in my T-5 set up but one of the ballasts is not working so only 4 out of 6 bulbs can be used. Or see if I can trade some equipment for something that would be servicable? What are your suggestions? Tank is a 125, 48' long with live rock & softies.
Thanks in advance https://www.drsfostersmith.com/produ...m?pcatid=34949
