Added praziquantal
Hi, so added prazi 48 hours ago, turned the skimmer off on recommendation of maker of the stuff. How long will it be before I notice any difference in my fish? Foxface looks like it's been in a war, still eating medicated food just looks dreadful. Funnily enough longnose hawk and purple firefish show no symptoms what so ever. Got to leave prazi in as it's active for 3 weeks, should kill flukes and hatched eggs in that timescale. When would it be OK to consider adding more corals? Not planning to add new fish for a while as I want to move first and have room for a qt for any new fish.

Pics of my stricken Foxface. Can't get clearer at the moment, it hides a lot.

Hang in there. It will take about 4-5 days before you see a change in your Fox Face - if you start to see a LOT of shedding of white spots from him after then, it means that the parasites are being killed off by the Prazi Pro.
Don't give up! Did you find your blenny??

Is he eating? If so he has a chance. I would wait one more day before making that call.

Leave the fish alone...give them a chance to pull through. If they are swimming around / eating they still have a chance.
If they were lying on the sand bed half dead / not swimming right / breathing rapidly then pull them out. |

Heavy breathing, lying on their side on the bottom of the tank, erratic swimming (circles...like a dog chasing it's tail) = time to pull them out. |

Update, fish are still alive but not sure if I should give up on them? This is Foxface today, left eye destroyed.

I'm very sorry to hear this!
Keep up with the prazi as long as the directions say to. I wouldn't use it ANY longer than that. Keep tending to the 2 fish you have left, and keep up with the water changes! After you move be sure to set up your quarantine tank FIRST, get it running, put your fish in there while you rebuild your DT from the ground up and it cycled and established. You have a chance to start fresh! Don't give up!
