Component ABC dosage
Should the dosage vary based on Alk intake?
I would think if your coral density is say equal to 30ml of daily 2 part dosage, it would use up different amount of component abc than say if you were dosing 300 ml per day? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Interested as well. The directions only give a generic baseline based on system volume not consumption.

10 ml per 54 gallons of each once a week per instructions.
The instructions don't account for consumption. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

With any balling based system, you dose by consumption dose all three parts equally and test 24 hours apart to see if you are matching the coral demends
AF can only give a dude as evert system is different based on coral density, lighting etc |

Without testing, it is going to be a guess, this is why OBSERVATION is key, this is your best tool for success. AF recommends to start 1/2 with most products to gain a feel of them, to watch how the corals react. For example, my tank is full of large colonies, take that same volume with frags, and we are talking of a different dose, same water volume... Cheers

Is there a way to test what is being dosed in component abc? Doesn't seem like it's possible to test?
