How much CA and ALK uptake is the tank doing?
Through the glass with a Canon 7D. I run a Geo 818, they do consume alot. Especially the 2 giant 10" clans I have in there.

Nice.

Where are you finding all of your corals local? Seems most of the stores around the area, even in Rocklin, are in bad shape.

Nice tank.

Haven't bought any coral from lfs in a long time, aside from a few softies. I buy from other reefers.

No issues at all, bluejaw is a model citizen. Clams just consumes alot of calcium.

Indeed they do. Had a trio of blue throats but lost a female and the male. Need another male in a bit :-)

Beautiful tank. It appears the cross braces are in the water. Is that true or just an optical illusion.

I set up a 300DD a few weeks ago and have found the cross braces to be very close to the water surface.

Yes sir. One in the bottom is a 500 efflo, the other is a wild efflo, had them for a few years. Still need to name it. Light green with a purple rim.

Your growth over one year is amazing and the colors are fantastic! I now need to go back and read your thread to get details of your setup.
