Should I move my Birdsnest frag?

Hi all,

I have a 35 cube (20" each side) + 20 high sump about half full (total volume about 40g). It's been running for about 10 months in and I put a Pink Birdsnest frag in this past Saturday. I put it on a frag plug at the bottom of my tank, right in the center. Everyday, I feel like the polyps are extending less. Even more so, it looks like the bottom polyps (the ones facing the substrate) extend fully, but the ones on top are retracting more and more. The tips are not extending at all.

Any clue if I should move it up or just leave it alone? It's only been five days and so I don't want to bother it by moving it, considering SPS are sensitive. My tank details are as follows:

35g cube
AI prime HD running at about 70% + 2 t5 supplements (ATI coral pro and ATI blue, running 2.5 hrs only when the AI is at peak).
Alk 8-8.3
Cal 405-410
Mag 1520
NO3 undetectable
PO4 undetectable

I only have 2 small fish so not much nutrients, and I guess the algae is consuming whatever little NO3/PO4 there may be.

Thanks for the help!
