Sexy Shrimp Infection

this is going to be a long shot but as you can see in the attached photos im dealing with a stocked ciliate infection (carchesium or zoothamnium) on my sexy shrimp, they are in a 5gal species only tank. about 5/14 are showing signs of infection.

im treating the tank with Metro, im at week 2 with no signs of improvement, does anyone have any suggestions?

Fenbendazole? No idea if it will work but it is used to treat hydroids and is otherwise reef safe.

I remember when zoanthids were called things like "green" and "orange" and not "reverse gorilla nipple."

Current Tank Info: 180g reef with all the bells and whistles
