Reeflink Mount?
I got a Reeflink today but am sad to see that there are no mounting holes on it. I intended to mount the unit on my control board but this does not seem possible without some type of custom bracket.
I have searched online and not seen anyone mention this design flaw. It would have been very easy to have included two key hole mounts on the under side of the unit to allow it to be hung on a wall. Where do you have your Reeflink placed? |

I came up with a work around and was able to mount the unit like I wanted. I removed the bottom/back plate.
Drilled a hole for a #6 screw through two of the feet. Punched holes through the rubber mat in-line with the holes previously drilled. Inserted two #6 machine screws from the inner side of the back plate. Mounted the Reeflink to my control board with all of the other hardware. |
