replacing sand in my IM Nuvo 10G tank
HI everyone,
My IM 10 Nuvo tank been up for 2 years. I think something been built up in the sand. So I am planning to remove all the sand in the tank and replace it with a new bag of live sand. The tank only have corals and live rocks in. Do you think if this is appropriate to do this? Or should I just put the new live sand in a bucket and raise for sometime?...not sure what I need to do. Hope you can help. Thank you. Popytoys |

I'd slowly remove the sand so to not shock the system. Then replace sand. I just put up a 8 gallon without sand. Still debating sand just for looks.
