Surprise egg clutch found- advice needed

My clown fish have been nesting in a lone rock in the sand bed with a mushroom they are treating like an anemone in my reef tank. Today I noticed she has filled it with eggs. Is there any way short of setting up another tank to protect the eggs and hopefully fry? In addition to a variety of coral I have 3 clowns total (long story, but they live together in harmony) ,a blue spotted jaw fish and 2 damsels. There are also 2 fire shrimp and a clean up crew of snails and hermits. I would greatly appreciate any advice.

Forget it the hard part is raising food. You would need rotifers as initial food. Yes you need a separate tank for them and it needs to be setup special..
