Weird
Anyone know if a mantis can eat bristleworms? I saw mine running around with something pink in his dactyls and it sure looked like a crushed up bristly- I can't imagine they'd eat those suckers....

I don't have shrimp or anything else that is pink in coloration in the small tank that I have my N wennerae in BTW....

In some gonodactylids, the eggs are this color and are carried in the mouthparts.
