Help ID unknown sump inhabitant

Happen to look in a portion of my sump that hasn't had a good clean in some time and noticed something wiggling. body resembled a snake but is much smaller, about 2-3 inches.

Pic.

Wow I have no idea, but I'm interested to find out too. What are the specs of your tank? Where did the rock come from? Need more info lol.

Snake like motion, two eyes & gills, I would risk to say some type of fish.
