Zoas turning white, help!

Hey guys!
We've had these galaxy zoas for around 3 years in the same tank, the colored part of them is turning white but they seem fine otherwise, they open with the daylights and close up when the night lights come on but the color is disappearing! I've attached a picture, some are only halfway white and others are fully white. I have no idea what is going on. I've been combing through all the forums with no luck...

I guess I should have added we have other Zoas on the same rock that are not turning white...at least not yet
