Terrible ASM Customer Service

FYI..Just wanted to put a post out to say that I am super disappointed with the customer service that ASM Skimmers offers customers. Today I called to get a part for my ASM skimmer and was not only treated rudely but was basically told that they did not even care that I was upset. ASM could not even tell me where to order a simple skimmer volute for a Sedra 5000. In this day and age when there are so many products in the market place poor customer service is a reason to select another product, and that would be my suggestion. If you are considereing an ASM skimmer I would suggest to find a skimmer company with better customer service.
