Algae?

Will a lawn mower blenny eat green hair algae?

Most likely, yes. But the fish will then starve to death once all the GHA is gone unless you supplement feed (i.e. nori, herbivore preparations).

This is awful advice. The fish will be fine and wont solve your hair algae issues.

He didn't ask if the fish would solve his GHA issues, just if the fish would eat it.

And since a lawn mower blenny is a mostly a herbivore, what will it eat once all the GHA is gone?

By not solving, i mean it wont eat it all.

Am I the only one who has ever owned a lawn mower blenny that ate GHA? FWIW; not a rhetorical question.

Lawnmower blennies are detritivors. They may eat GHA.
