bristle worm vs. long tentacle disk coral

I noticed that a relatively new addition long tentacle disk was not as fully expanded as it has been the last week or so and today I noticed what looked like a bristle worm touching the disk's side from underneath. Could the bristle work be stressing the disk? what can I do about it?

just noticed that the there is a spot on the side of the disk that has clearly been "eaten"...where the other day it was full of flesh, now it is bare skeleton.
thank you
