Intended Fish Purchase

I have a 46 Bowfront Reef tank and it is almost done cycling. I made up my fish list and (being a rookie) want to see if these fish work well together. Any criticism or suggestions would be great:
1) Sailfin/Algae Blennie
2)Ocellaris clown-tank bred
3)Mandarin Goby
4)Foxface Lo
5)Zebra Catalina Goby
6)Longnose Hawkfish
7)Striped Squirrelfish
8)Kole Tang
9)Hippo Tang
10)Leopard Wrasse

2)Ocellaris clown-tank bred - Ok
3)Mandarin Goby - in your size tank it really should be eating prepared foods prior to going into the tank OR you need a self sustaining pod supply for a food source.
4)Foxface Lo - Too big for a 46
5)Zebra Catalina Goby - Never kept one but most say these need a colder tank to survive long term
6)Longnose Hawkfish - Ok, but can eat ornamental shrimp
7)Striped Squirrelfish - Too big for a 46
8)Kole Tang - Too big and needs more room to swim (otherwise, likely stressed/ich)
9)Hippo Tang - Way too big for a 46
10)Leopard Wrasse - Ok but also a poor shipper and sometimes difficult to get to eat prepared foods. Probably better off in a larger tank though. More of an expert fish

Will it be a reef tank? Do you have a sump/refuge?

If you have a big enough refuge, I personally think a mandarin would be ok but let the tank run for another year to let the pods breed and become well established and make sure there is a ton of porous rock that the pods can safely breed in.

That tank really isn't big enough for any tang. Even if you bought a hippo that was an inch and a half it would be stressed and feel confined within a few months. I suggest getting a small puffer instead. Puffers have a ton of personality and are very fun to watch. Most puffers will go after shrimp and snails though. Or if you want something that's blue and isn't a damsel you could look into a blue gudgeon.
